I am not an objective person. Putting aside the question of who is, and if he exists at all, I freely confess that I am not objective. I am influenced, as we all are, by numerous outside factors. These include previous experience with a product, personal experience with a company or their representatives, and many more.

That said, when reviewing a product I attempt to make every effort to judge is as impartially as possible, and to let it stand on its own as much as possible.

I do accept free software, hardware, and services. Some reviewers do not. I admire their ethics and values. Personally, I accept free items not so much as payment, but rather as tools that enable me to do what I do better…that is, I find it far easier to perform and spend time with products that I know I’ll be keeping than with loaner devices or trial programs.

I am not a financial adviser, investment advice provider, startup specialist,  or any other form of monetary guru. As a matter of fact, I know very little to nothing about the financial world.

I do, however, offer this:

Every product reviewed on MobileOfficing (reviews are prefaced in the post title with "Review:…") will have been thoroughly evaluated and tested to my best ability.

Typically, before posting a review, I will send a draft to the company who’s product is in question for comments and remarks. They in no way affect the final outcome of the review- their comments are completely up to me to incorporate, and more often than not I do not add them in. I do, however, sometimes offer companies an option of vetoing a review before posting, particularly where the review is especially negative.

Finally, the advertising on this site is either an automatic feed from Google Adsense, or, in specific cases, may be from a specific company. In the latter scenario, I will not accept advertising requests from companies whose product I plan to review in the near future, as well companies who currently have products being reviewed by me.
